Valley View Estates is a community neighborhood of 220 private lots, each owned by our residents and their respective housing units. Many properties can rent an additional paved area on their lot with hook-ups for RVs.
Valley View Estates is managed by a Board of Directors elected by residents. Regular board meetings allow our residents to be involved in the decision-making process and voice their ideas and opinions.
